Potato Dishes

Minted New Potatoes topped with a herb butter 

Mashed Potato. Plain and Creamy, or Flavoured with Bacon & Chive, Garlic, Pesto or Caremelised Onions 

Sweet Potato Mash 

Roasted Baby New Potatoes with Garlic, Rosemary & Thyme 

Cauliflower or Broccoli Mornay. Florets topped with a Cheese Sauce and popped under the grill

Vegetable Side Dishes 

Roasted Root Vegetables with Carrots, Swede, Parsnip, Celeriac, roasted with Olive oil, Rosemary and Thyme 

Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables. A mixture of Peppers, Red Onions, Courgette and Aubergine roasted with Olive Oil and Garlic 

Mashed Root Vegetables. To include Roasted Baby Onions, Carrot, Parsnip, Swede and Celeriac 

Minted Pea Puree 

Peas with Pan Fried Leeks 

Braised Red Cabbage. A Sweet and Sour Combination with Apple or Cranberries 

Steamed Vegetables. To include Mange-tout, Sugar Snap Peas, Green Beans, Peas, Baby Carrots, Brussels Sprouts, Courgettes and other Seasonal Vegetables as available 

Leeks au-Gratin. Leeks in a White Sauce topped with Breadcrumb and Cheese, popped under the grill 

Dauphine Potatoes. A rich Sliced Potato dish baked in the oven with Butter, Cream and Black Pepper. Sweet Potatoes can be added
